Cancelations and Late Arrivals
Please arrive 5-10 min early to sign consent forms
If you’re running LATE, please notify me.

You’ll have a 15 min grace period. After 15 minutes, you will be charged a $10 LATE fee
If cancellation, I ask that you please notify me 24 hours before the service
